The 476TM-512 from Leviton is a CAT5E Twist & Mount Patch Panel. It is designed for use in any Leviton Structured Media® enclosure to support a variety of telephone and data distribution needs. This panel holds patching modules, which allow 12 ports of patching capability to CAT5E cabling. The CAT5E ports meet the requirements of high-speed data applications.
