Shipping Information

We ship UPS to US addresses and add the cost of the shipping to your invoice. Orders shipping to the Pacific Northwest can qualify for free ground freight if they are over $500 and placed online or are over $1000 and placed by phone or e-mail. Some product restrictions apply - wire, structured media enclosures, batteries, conduit and other items with excessive shipping costs. Drop shipments through our warehouse incur an additional $5 drop ship fee and do not qualify for free freight. Depending on the manufacturer's policies, we may be able to drop ship directly from the manufacturer. Tracking informations is sent via e-mail when your order ships.
