The 476TM-654 from Leviton is a 12 Port CAT5E and 12 Port CAT6 Twist & Mount Patch Panel. It is designed for use in any Leviton Structured Media® enclosures to support a variety of telephone and data distribution needs. This panel holds patching modules, which allow 12 or 24 ports of patching capability to CAT5E or CAT6 cabling. The CAT5E ports meet the requirements of high-speed data applications, and the CAT6 ports are designed for use in high megabit applications such as Gigabit Ethernet.
