The 56-250 from Labor Saving Devices is a the DCZL, a DeCoil-Zit™ collapsible wire reel/spool holder that can be quickly assembled or dissassembled. It consists of two heavy duty tempered steel tripods, welded and powder coated that slide together with standard 1/2" conduit (included) to form a stable platform for up to 25" reels.
