The MX40PI is a dual motion detector by Optex. It combines passive infrared and microwave technologies and the anti-crosstalk feature prevents false alarms. The quad zone logic can determine between humans and other sources of infrared. The MX40PI covers 40 x 40 feet, in addition to an adjustable 24' or 40' microwave option, and is pet immune for animals up to 16 inches high.
