The EX3-8K from Simplified MFG is an HDMI extender over category cable. It supports 40 Gbps, up to 100m @8K @ 120Hz. while passing 1Gbps ethernet, eARC, USB 2.0, IR & RS232. It is a great alternative if fiber isn't available.
