The EN1244 from Inovonics is a wireless smoke detector which has a sounder, smoke sensor, LED indicator and local test that allows the user total visability of it functionality. It is self monitoring, alerting the user when maintenance is needed or batteries are low, and automatically supervising the radiol link.
