The 5G108-RW-5 from Leviton is a GigaMax CAT5E QuickPort Jack in White. It is designed to be used with any UTP structured cabling system. The modular jack is a one-piece narrow design that supports high port density in a small area, and is ideal for use in residential, MDU, and high megabit applications.
