Lutron Project Packages

Lutron offers three packages for RA3 project ideas, all for about or under $2,000. 

These packages all target a different aspect of a smart home so each project has a package that will fit.

Here is a quick guide to the packages, what they each include as well as add-on for each option.

Your first option is a low-voltage package for simple add-ons to expand projects with no electrical license needed.

This option provides you with dimming control of 3 lamps, control of 2 outdoor spaces, 16 feet of LED tape lighting, as well as the features of the app which include personalized scenes, scheduling, timers, and remote access.

You can also add one in-wall dimmer to control overhead lighting, a Sunnata fan control, and/or pico pedestals for the nightstands

The second option is a dimmers and keypads package to get the core compontents of a smart system.

This option includes dimming and control of 5 zones of lighting, keypads to set the mood as well as the features of the app mentioned above. 

You can also add the Sunnata fan control as well as Pico pedestals for the countertops.

The third option is a RA3 ssampler package to get a variety of devices to add ambience and mood to the home.

You get a little bit of everything in this package with dimming and control of 2 lamps and 3 layers of lighting. You also get control of 2 outdoor zones, keypads to set the right mood, 16 feet of LED light tape, with the features of the app as well. 

Once again you can add the Sunnata fan control or the Pico pedestals if you please.

If all of these packages sound good to you, you can combine all packages for around $5000 for a complete Lutron smart system in the home.
